Hi, I’m Abby. 👋

I’ve been there too—seemingly stuck in a job I hated with no clarity about what was next.

For the last 15+ years, I’ve supported people just like you. I have specific training in career and human development and a natural curiosity for asking questions, listening, and helping folks find a path forward.

I founded The Joyful Work Co. to help people who long for more from their job. Meaningful and fun work happens when our values, strengths, and life experiences are in line. By understanding your identity and goals, you too can land a job you love, and I will help you!
