In our 30-minute call, my goal is to meet you and listen to you. I want to understand where you’re at, and how I can help. I’d love to answer any questions you have so that you can have a clear map for what’s next in our work together.

A lot of my past clients have told me that I am a great listener. They feel that I genuinely care about them. They’ve also shared that I am knowledgeable, helpful, and able to provide a variety of resources that suit you and your learning style. My process isn’t unique or novel to me. It’s built on career development research and what has worked for my past clients. Depending on your needs, I typically begin with a reflective phase, transitioning into a curiosity/exploratory phase, then a testing phase, and finally culminating with a phase that executes the vision you’ve been dreaming for your future.

Absolutely. You are investing in yourself and your future. The resources I utilize and all of the work you do through the process will stay with you. My goals are two-fold: address the discomfort you are experiencing now and teach you how to effectively pivot for the future. After all, change is constant, and life is unpredictable.

Job searches take time. In today’s market, most job searches last approximately six months. I can’t guarantee you’ll have a new job in six months, but you will have the knowledge and tools to succeed in yours. The best time to look for a job is when you already have one, so the best time start is now.

Only if you want to. Each person’s motivation for education and additional training is unique. Certain fields may require additional schooling, others won’t. I will help you translate your experience on your resume and job search materials for a career shift.
